Research Overview

The strong impact of digital change confronts companies with new challenges in (multi-)project, portfolio, and program management. Often, digitalization initiatives of an organization appear in parallel and with strong interdependencies. The complexity even increases when initiatives aim for changes to customers and employees, and when their implementation demands new methods and tools. This research is embedded the 8th MPM study.
