Great success at the virtual IPDMC 2021

The Innovation and Product Development Management Conference (IPDMC) 20201 took place virtually this year and was a great success for the TIM department. TIM was represented with five papers, all of which were successfully presented by the respective authors. Furthermore, the success of the last two years could be continued and again the Thomas Hustad Best Student Paper Award (Christian Resch, Alexander Kock) and the Runner Up Best Student Award (Jadena Bechtel, Carsten Kaufmann, Alexander Kock) could be won.

The presented papers are the following:

„The relevance of dynamic capabilities for innovation portfolio success“ – Jadena Bechtel, Carsten Kaufmann, & Alexander Kock

„Social influence on the idea development in online communities“ – Christian Resch, & Alexander Kock
