Nowadays, projects are competing for resources, showing complex, conceptual and timely interdependencies. The result is that management tasks occured, which require a coprehensive view of an organization's project landscape.

In close cooperation, the departments of Technology and Innovation Management of the Technological Universities of Berlin and Darmstadt research the practice of critical larger empirical studies of Project Landscape Management. In several larger empirical studies successful methods, structures and processes of Multi-Project Management where identified. There are key levers in the results for creating a more efficient and more effective Multi-Project Management in the future. The participating organizations benefit from our studies in the form of an individualized feedback-report, in which the organization's Multi-Project Management is compared with the other participants. Besides, every organization receives a final report of the study, clearly showing success-critical interrelations of Multi-Project Management and providing recommendations for action.
