TIME Doctoral seminar – a visit to Witten/Herdecke University

2024/03/20

This week, our fourth joint doctoral seminar "TIME Research Colloquium" took place at the University of Witten/Herdecke. Chairs from the fields of technology and innovation management and entrepreneurship met for two days of research exchange, including the University of Kassel (Patrick Spieth), Saarland University (Sven Heidenreich), the University of Witten/Herdecke (Thomas Clauß), Justus Liebig University Giessen (Monika Schuhmacher) and the Technical University of Darmstadt.

10 doctoral students and postdocs enriched the seminar with interesting presentations on their current work and research projects.

Our department was represented with 3 presentations this time:

Benjamin Hettrich: “Bridging The Expertise Gap: The Role of Generative AI in Project Management for Novices and Professionals”

Christian Tschiedel: “Consumer Adoption of AI-enabled Business Models Delegating Personal Control over Energy Systems”

Doreen Gehl: “Bridging Boundaries in Project Portfolios: Antecedents and Consequences of External Stakeholder Relationship Quality”

We enjoyed the interesting discussions with all participants and are already looking forward to the next seminar in fall 2024, this time at the University of Giessen!
