6th TIME Research Colloquium: Engaging Discussions and Inspiring Insights in Kassel
2025/03/14
Last week, our team had the pleasure of participating in the 6th TIME Research Colloquium, hosted by the University of Kassel. This two-day seminar provided a valuable platform for academic exchange in the fields of Technology and Innovation Management as well as Entrepreneurship.

Doctoral students and postdocs from various universities presented their latest research projects, receiving constructive feedback to refine their work for conference submissions and journal publications. We were delighted to contribute to this collaborative initiative and to engage in stimulating discussions with researchers from Technische Universität Darmstadt, Universität des Saarlandes, Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, Universität Witten/Herdecke, Universität Bremen, and Universität Vechta.
Our team contributed with two insightful presentations:
Léonie Lange presented a research design on “How Team Cognitive Style Shapes Individual Creativity: An Experimental Study.”
Benjamin Hettrich shared his work on “Agile but Fragile? The Role of Strategic Stability in Agile Portfolios.”
Beyond the academic program, we had the opportunity to explore Kassel’s cultural highlights, including Karlsaue and Orangerie, Schloss Wilhelmshöhe, and Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe.
We are already looking forward to the next TIME Research Colloquium in Autumn 2025 at the University of Bremen and to continuing this inspiring exchange of ideas!
